Our products and delivery services are currently available only within Cairo, Egypt. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Cairo may be canceled.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices do not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments for orders placed on justaclick-eg.com are made via InstaPay only. Customers must complete the payment as instructed after placing the order.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully confirmed.
After placing an order, the customer may be contacted to confirm order details. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or if incorrect information is provided.
Delivery is available only within Cairo. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, excluding Fridays and official public holidays.
Customers have the right to return or exchange products in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Refunds will be issued for the product value only. Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the delivery company, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information are not our responsibility.
