We currently provide shipping services only within Cairo, Egypt. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Cairo will not be processed.
Orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery within Cairo usually takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location within Cairo and will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders delivered within Cairo. Customers must pay the full order amount upon receiving the shipment.
