1. Return & Refund Rights

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, customers have the right to request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.

2. Reporting Issues

Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product does not match the description
  • Customer requests return within 14 days (non-used items)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Requests made after the legal return period

5. Delivery & Shipping Fees

In case of a refund, the product value will be refunded. However, delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are charged by the delivery company and are not controlled by us.

Delivery fees will only be refunded if the return is due to a proven defect or error on our part.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via InstaPay only, to the same account used for the original payment.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Service Area

This refund policy applies to orders delivered within Cairo, Egypt only.
